What is the difference between a tin and a gift box?
A tin contains the caviar on its own. The 50 g gift box includes two mother-of-pearl spoons; the 125 g box includes four. Choose a tin if you have your serving pieces ready, or a gift box for a complete presentation to give or share.
How much caviar should I choose?
Consider how many people will enjoy it and whether it will be a small tasting or the centre of the occasion. The 10 g tin offers an introduction; larger formats leave more room for sharing. For a celebration, our team can help you choose according to your guests and serving plans.
How is the caviar delivered?
Orders to mainland Spain are sent in an insulated polystyrene box to keep the product cold in transit; the vehicle is not refrigerated. Indicative delivery times after order confirmation are 24 hours in Barcelona and 48 hours elsewhere in mainland Spain. For other destinations or a specific date, please contact COFRÉ beforehand.
How should I store and serve it?
Refrigerate the caviar on arrival and always follow the temperature and date on your tin’s label. Our storage reference is between −2 and +2 °C. Open it close to serving time and use a mother-of-pearl spoon for a considered tasting. See our frequently asked questions for full guidance.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Choose a gift box and request delivery directly to the recipient, without price information. If your gift is for a specific date or part of a corporate order, speak to our team before confirming your purchase.
